Currently I am pursuing my PhD in sustainable supply chain management and resilience focused at Berlin School of Economics and Law. Before that, I was working as a student assistant and supporting sustainability project acquisitions at Collaborating Centre on Sustainable Consumption and Production (CSCP) gGmbH.I wrote my master thesis in Supply chain optimization + reverse logistics related and achieved the highest marks. I am passionate about green supply chain management, supply chain operations & optimization topics and I have profound knowledge of anyLogistix software which is one of the popular simulation applications in the supply chain and operations management industry.During my time at Bank of Ceylon, Sri Lanka, I developed new strategies and organized product-specific events to increase consumer engagement. Additionally, I improved my analytical skills by assessing and revising financial KPIs in different sectors. At NEM Realtors (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo, I closely cooperated with the engineering department to optimize the inventory management process.
