-As a member secretary of 'Recruitement Committee' of NFDIN, conduct the written and oral examination of temporary staff (45) with the help of PSC Nepal and provide the permanent appointment to the successful candidates.-Conduct a training to all staffs of NFDIN on " Office Management and Positive Attitudes"- Co-ordinate in conducting the "Preparation classes for Section Officer" (60 Indigeneous People at NFDIN).-Advise to member secretary and vice-chairman(NFDIN) in administrative and development issues.-Monitor and co-ordinate NFDIN activities.

-Worked as Local Governance Expert in MCPM assignment of DDCs, Municipalities 5 times.-Worked as Local Governance Expert in the Internal Resources Study of Rupandehi and Rasuwa districts.-Worked as Local Governance Expert in the field study of Himali districts Internal Resources study team at Sankhuwasabha and Sindupalchowk districts.

-Participate at central level and district level orientation of MCPM ( Minimun Condition and Performance Measures ) for local bodies.-Assess MCPM indicators of concern LBs(Local Bodies).- Prepare MCPM reports for concern LBs.-Provide orientation to DDCs officials on Internal Revenue Mobilization -Data collection at concern DDCs and questionaire distribution collection, review the information related with internal revenue mobilization.-Prepare internal revenue mobilization study report.
