In my time in college, I have taken at least 4 engineering design oriented classes that have fueled my passion for design. I developed problem statements, researched different applications, and tested prototypes in each of these experiences. I have also written extensive documentation on the design process and the final deliverables. At ERTL Combustion I was assigned an independent project that would produce documentation for their clients outlining proof of leak tests in pipe trains for burners. This summer long project concluded with a finalized device that is currently used in the shop on every pipe system before it is shipped to a client.
