• I was hired as a Senior UI Engineer and Tech Lead to launch the rebuild of the web platform using React.js in 2018. After a successful launch I became a Principle Engineer on the Conversational AI team to launch a brand new chat bot platform in 2019, and in 2020 I was promoted to the Tech Lead of the Conversational AI team.• The web app rebuild streamlined the signup and onboarding process for savings, checking, and credit card products and was built with React/webpack stack. My contributions were used on the web application, mobile web, and native mobile applications on iOS and Android• The conversational AI chat bot was built using Rasa, python, Node.js and leveraged various AWS platforms and services such as Lambda, SageMaker, Kinesis, and Redis. I also worked with configuring service access via the AWS API Gateway and iam roles• I built the web and mobile entry point which acts as a proxy between our third party chat and messaging channels and the AI platform front door. I implemented automated build, test, audit, and deployment pipelines by writing automated build scripts in custom PyPi packages, writing terraform files, and working in Jenkins

• I was hired as a Front-End Application Developer contractor in 2016, hired full time in 2016 as Vice President, Consultant - Applications Programmer, and in 2018 I was promoted to Vice President/Team Lead on the Front End Standards and Architecture team.• I led the FESA team to improve code quality, consistency, and ADA compliance across all Front-End teams. I acted as the SME on Web Accessibility development, created and updated reusable global components (ES6/SCSS/Hbs) that are implemented by Sales and Servicing developers, and built development and runtime utilities to improve development processes and Web Accessibility.
