My contributions were used on the web application, mobile web, and native mobile applications on iOS and Android• The conversational AI chat bot was built using Rasa, python, Node.js and leveraged various AWS platforms and services such as Lambda, SageMaker, Kinesis, and Redis. I also worked with configuring service access via the AWS API Gateway and iam roles• I built the web and mobile entry point which acts as a proxy between our third party chat and messaging channels and the AI platform front door. I implemented automated build, test, audit, and deployment pipelines by writing automated build scripts in custom PyPi packages, writing terraform files, and working in Jenkins
