The model was later on programmed into our purchasing system for an even better integration. 🎯 In collaboration with the whole team create a semi-automated price benchmarking tool used by all the buyers in the bi annual tendering process. It was used up until my return to H&M.Enabler of expansion for the 5000+ H&M stores globally. My main focus was on lighting and electrical products ensuring global supply & compliance.Together with store development, store planning and us in the central purchasing team we where able to produce and build over 400 H&M stores per year globally.

Quite a challenging task handling various stages of drunken and disorderly behaviour from Swedes and Norwegian people. Overall a great lesson in customer relations.Together with our Swedish team we did our utmost to make sure about 1500 guests left and came happy, every week.
