Dermatology Admin Leader seeking upward career growth in Dermatology/Healthcare/Aesthetics/Plastics/Skincare space. For the past five years I have led a profitable dermatology practice - increasing employee retention, elevating patient experience, establishing brand and marketing strategy, increasing cosmetic sales year upon year, and tackling anything that stood in the way (COVID, death of staff, and so on).
