I came to Employbridge for one reason: to partner with an incredibly talented team to transform the staffing industry. In October 2022, recognizing my exceptional performance, I was promoted to the role of CPO at Workhuman. As CPO, I led the company's overall product direction and strategic vision, overseeing cross-functional teams in Experience Design, Engineering, Data Science/AI, and Analytics. Managing a global team of over 400 professionals, we focused on building human workplaces that harness the transformational power of recognizing each employee's contribution. Notably, I recently spearheaded a strategic initiative focusing on platform engagement, resulting in a remarkable growth rate of 50%. This achievement directly translated into significant improvements in company performance.

I joined Workhuman as the SVP of Product and successfully developed a team, organizational structure, product management process, and product strategy. My primary goal was to deliver ROI to Workhuman's global enterprise customers and establish a predictable product roadmap for the company. During this time, we launched Workhuman iQ, the industry's most comprehensive AI-powered social analytics solution. It provided an in-depth view into the employee experience by leveraging data gathered from Workhuman user interactions worldwide, enabling us to understand motivations, behaviors, and sentiment.

As the head of Angie's List product development efforts, I provided leadership and management to teams responsible for product management, UX, software engineering, technology, data management, and business intelligence. Under my guidance, we successfully turned around the core business of Angie's List, which had been experiencing a YoY shrinkage of 7%, achieving remarkable growth for the first time in four years and ultimately reaching a YoY growth rate of 22%.In addition, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the merger of three subsidiary products, consolidating them into one seamless consumer experience. This strategic initiative resulted in the successful relaunch of Angie's List as Angi in 2021, repositioning the company for increased market success.

A venture-backed start-up, edo built a data driven and highly relevant offer experiences for our advertisers and consumers.I joined edo in 2013, launching edo's product discipline across the organization. During my tenure, we increased the size of edo's network to include six of the top ten domestic card issuers and signed 1000’s of leading national advertisers. We launched our platform in 3 countries, tripling revenue while remaining resource-efficient all resulting in a favorable exit.As a member of the executive team, my responsibilities include managing the strategic direction of our product, technology and analytics teams.
