Managing a customer service team of up to thirty. I turned a team of eight to a team of thirty while changing to an in house ticketing system taught and programmed by myself. Created a in house phone room and all sytems that to this day are still followed by the company.

Managing all aspects of the venue. Including; front of house management, ticketing, volounteer coordination, bar and kiosk management and janitorial/grounds keeping staff.
