On my mind this morning! I sell real estate but its so much more than that. Its a great feeling knowing you helped someone make a great well informed choice in a home, an investment, a lifestyle. A choice that leads the way in your quality of life, the friends you may meet, who your children will meet, quality of education, type of entertainment you engage in, opportunities close by to volunteer, type of food & restaurants close by, activities to enjoy & a great choice can lead to high appreciation.I have clients that have been with me for 20 yrsI was thinking of one person in particular that I met washing his car in an apartment parking lot. 5 transactions later from first time home buyer to now living on a golf course is very rewarding for me to be apart of. It makes me smile!I was thinking about a family I met at an open house. They were from out of state. Their son was in high school & wanted to be a pilot. We hit the jackpot! I found them a home that was not on the market. Two neighbors were pilots unbeknownst to us & one had his own plane. Both pilots mentored my clients son as soon as they found out and took him flying regularly and today 2 transactions later, my clients son is a graduate of Embry Riddle and is training to be an F 15 Fighter Pilot in the military. Gods Blessing for sure. This makes me smile!This is what real estate is all about for me.
