Facilities Operations Director
CurrentAs the Facilities Operations Director for the Irving and Fort Worth QTS sites, I am charged with providing the leadership, tactical execution, and business acumen necessary to support the diverse site needs. I have P&L responsibility and accountability for these sites as well as own and implement the strategy and associated programs necessary to improve the P&L. I am also accountable to ensure 100% uptime, customer satisfaction, employee development/retention, and successful management of change as QTS continually evolves our business strategy to meet the expectations of our customers, employees, and shareholders.
