I play a key role in creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies across stores to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. I am in the Value retail division, which means I buy champagne on a beer budget.My role includes: Visual Merchandising Execution: Implement and maintain in-store visual displays, ensuring that they align with the brand’s guidelines and seasonal themes.Store Layout and Design: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to design and arrange store layouts, including window displays, in-store displays, and signage.Product Presentation: Ensure that products are presented in a way that maximizes their appeal to customers, using props, lighting, and other techniques to create engaging displays.Compliance and Standards: Ensure that stores adhere to TFG’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines, conducting regular audits to maintain consistency across all locations.Training and Development: Train and support store teams on visual merchandising principles and execution, ensuring they have the skills to maintain displays.Communication: Work closely with the buying, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure that visual merchandising strategies align with the overall business objectives.Reporting and Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives by analyzing sales data and customer feedback, making adjustments as needed to improve performance.Event Coordination: Plan and execute visual merchandising for special events, promotions, and product launches.

My role included:• Styling of smaller photo shoots• Assist Senior Stylist on bigger shoots• Styling and design of images for social media• Designing Mailers on Mailchimp• Providing Social Media content• Assisting in pre-production of lifestyle shoots• Sourcing of product using SYSPRO• Co-ordinating with DC and location of shoots• Ad-hoc styling and design when briefed, by Marketing, Purchasing andMerchandising.• Assist the marketing team with coordinating and other ad-hoc functions
