 Perform work planning, designing, constructing, modifying or improving and maintaining facilities either by in-house or contractual effort; regulate and enforce EHS engineering policies, programs or activities by establishing standards, promoting improvements, evaluating compliance and if necessary, directing action to secure satisfactory EHS results. Look after running all project and their safety compliance accordingly contract agreement and statutory requirement. Manage and monitoring of EHS personnel, work deployment with work execution.  Develop and coordinate a process for preparing and conducting regular management system reviews together with team members  Preparation of the technical aspects of contractual documents, framing the engineering and technical terms of references and conducting bid process for the selection of consultants and/or contractor Ensure conducting mock drills and training on regular basis. The incumbent shall be responsible for developing environment specific internal norms for disposal of wastes, effluents, and emissions in line with legal and regulatory requirements, analyzing environmental risks and its mitigation measures. Providing professional advice, action plan & technical validation for emergency preparedness. Make sure all stakeholders follow applicable Environmental regulatory requirements and mandatory environmental compliances as per latest CPCB, SPCB, MoEF&CC and CRZ guidelines,  Technical advice in DPR of Fire Station built up at Dholera  Waste management procedure shall follow such as waste disposal, discarded Battery disposal, disposal of various types of hazardous wastes as applicable environmental & statutory requirements. Prepared and follow up of Monthly Progress EHS report from various stake holder.  Implemented EHS monthly progress report system with covering safety aspect.

 Responsible for the imparting training (theoretical and practical) to all stakeholders of the port like, crane operators, mobile equipment operators, truck drivers, foreman, signalers, fire crew members, emergency response team, Casual Labors, Traffic management team, maintenance contractor personnel, Hazardous substances handling personnel, visitors etc. Supervise 02 Assistant Trainer, 05 Safety Supervisor and 20 Safety Warden to cover whole port area.  Make safety personnel deployment and supervision plan to best interest of port safety. Participating in the Fire Safety OISD audit at the port as a member of the port team. Conduct SAFETY, FIRE AND HEALTH training need analysis and to develop training Plan and schedule on regular basis. Developing Training modules related to SAFETY, FIRE AND HEALTH Assist port management and port users for conducting awareness campaigns on safety, health and environment aspects including celebration of safety weeks, fire day & environment day. To identify external trainings needs in coordination with port authorities and port users. Coordination and organizing third party trainings for enhancement of productivity, safety and best maintenance practices followed worldwide. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management for enhancement of occupational safety, health and environment in port.

Responsible for the site visit and identify gap analysis for exiting fire and safety system as per applicable regulation. Health inspection of Fire hydrant, Sprinkler system and pump. Material identification with make-model and making best price quotation. Prepared documents as per National Building Code 2016 and Gujarat state fire rules and regulation to obtain Fire NOC.

 Ensuring that all project work activities are implemented in accordance with the Corporate Policies, Procedures and industry best practice Making HSE activity plan and share with contractor. Conducting Audit and share NCR and making compliance report of Audit/client observation Assist in the continued development of the HSE culture and apply best practices on job. Maintain Saudi Aramco SMS system.  Assist / be a part of incident investigation team, Rig Safety Inspection / Audit, Pre Spud team and Rig commissioning. Inspection of Firefighting equipment and conducted fire mock drills  Make sure safe chemical storage, transportation and handling maintain at work site.  Carry out safety awareness program, discuss and share learning from indecent Conducts specialized safety and environmental training programs to communicate hazard control information / Hazard hunt.  Develop controls for identified hazards. Coordinates the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses and maintain Action tracker. Conduct pre tour safety meeting on daily basis and pre job safety meeting prior to new job and conduct kick-off meeting/training wherever necessary. Maintain training matrix on board personnel and identify training needs. Supervised and manage routine job and all ongoing operations, prior to operation check certification and documents of equipment. Supervise various pressure testing operation and ensure all procedures are strictly follow and safe distance maintained. Make sure red zone and line of fire area clear.  Improves HSE awareness by organizing presentations and video sessions, distributing information, and setting a good example. Implement waste management system in the site and operations base and maintain records. Ensure all lifting gear and equipment are certified and colour coded with the current colour code. Making route survey and supervise loading and offloading operation and safe lifting

 Promote Leadership, Accountability and Compliance with Company’s Core Valves and HSE Policies and Procedures. Participant in tool Box Talk Meeting on regular basis and carry out PJSM. Preparing daily and monthly HSE statistic reports, Waste management reports HSE related report and forwarding to the head HSE for review. Carry out Weekly safety meetings, record and distribute minutes of meeting. Fire equipment inspection and maintenance. Fire-fighting training to crew personnel Ensure that every work be done with proper work permits with job safety analysis, work instructions and company procedure. Co-ordinate and monitor all health, safety and environmental activities to ensure agreed safety standards are fully implement and follow inline. Providing information of specific hazards, Making identification, assessment, Control and recovery of hazards and effects Maintain records related to mines/local rule & regulations Accident/incident investigation and reporting to corporate HSE office Periodical inspecting of safety equipment and maintain inspection records. Conduction induction training for new employees & Visitors Conduct and participant MOCK Drills (Fire, Stretcher, BOP Drills & H2S drills where applicable) and education the employees on Do’s and Don’ts in the event of any emergency Attends major HSE meeting and other related courses and conferences Assist and conduct Incident investigations onshore using WH and 5 Why. Through participation in drills and exercises assess effectiveness of Emergency response and security scenarios Provide needed support for the implementation of HSE programs. Assists Operations in the implementation of the Emergency Management Plan including ensuring that local emergency numbers are current and postedAchievement:  Best Performance Rig – 2nd Quarter 2015 by JEL.  Best rig reward – “Safety Month Celebration March-2016”  Best Rig reward – 29th Mines Safety Week in Ajmer Region

 To send Daily Safety Report Supervise, record keeping and safety related items such as fire sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, and fire hose reels, generators.  Inspection of Fire hydrant system and Fire sprinkler/spray system To check process safety equipment such as PRV, rupture disk, bonding and earthing, stand by vessel connection. Maintain safe chemical storage, transportation and handling.  Prepared Emergency response plan and develop chemical handling and storage SOP.  Look out for Fire man responsibility and training. Prepare and conduct fire drill and training for employee. Prepare and maintain an updated safety plan for the plant.  To ensure GPCB norms follow and environment related inspection done in time for compliance. To ensure Permit to Work system properly fallow and closed. To conduct mock Drills-Fire drill, Rescue Drill and Evacuation Drill. To arrange training for the how to use fire Extinguisher, Fire Hydrant System, manually handling, Use of PPE Practicing good Housekeeping techniques To conduct safety meeting and participant in Management Review Meeting. Review and update On site/Off site emergency plan Undertake daily Safety round to ensuring follow- up and rectification of detected irregularities and report same to factory manager.
