The Program covered from developing stocktake programs, guidelines, team recruitment, training, assessment, and integrity checks.NZ Shrink Improve – Played a pivotal role in identifying inventory shortages, drive process improvements program at Store. Mentor Training System- Sighting staff discontent with training and lack of knowledge implemented In-house Mentor Training system. The system’s task was to buddy up new staff with high performing staff to share ideas, tips on how to perform jobs effectively and efficiently. The structured program helped to improve staff morale and improve productivity by 15%. It also improved staff retention rate.Lotons Data Point- Developed a MS-Access application for Staff Scheduling and Efficiency mapping. On the implementation of the application, it proved fruitful to improve staff turnover by 20%.
