Dealing with project accounts, communications, and inventory management, reporting to senior management, communicating with contractors and man-power and task scheduling.• Maintained the plant inventory which included maintaining in/out logs, searching and selecting vendors, raising purchase orders and maintaining plant accounts.• Have a significant experience in working with SAP system.• Worked as project manager in 2 major shutdowns in 700TPD polyester yarn plant, managing all the aspects of the project.• Raised work orders for the contract employees and regular teams, was also responsible for creating work schedules in MS project and SAP system. • Installed 2MCCs as a part of improvement project along with 5 motors and 3 variable frequency drives. Project was done to improve the efficiency of cooling towers.• Solved problems in PLC connections and various VFD heating problems contributing to 50TPD rise in output increasing the profit value by $10,000 per day.• Maintained three 33/6.6KV 31.5MVA transformers and 6.6KV vacuum circuit breakers installed in H.T. substation with all relevant protection relays.• Maintained fifteen 6.6/0.415KV 3.25MVA transformers and 5 PMCCs which included 415V air circuit breakers of current ratings from 25Amps to 4000Amps with all relevant protection relays.• As a work responsibility I also had to maintain numerous motors ranging from 0.5KW to 4.5MW which included H.T. and L.T. direct online motors and variable speed drive driven motors with all relevant protection relays.• All the work that was done required reading and understanding plant/AUTOCAD drawings.• Managed a team on 15-20 technicians in a fast paced production environment.
