As part of Babson MCFE course, Hiren worked as a consultant to provide recommendations on embedding existing technology into a new breed of end-user tools for Strategic Account Management teams. Primarily the assignment was focused on analyzing various industries to understand factors that play an important role in creating and managing business relationships in B2B account management, and integrate these factors in the technology platform to help both existing clients and new customers to improve sales relationships.
