The system will provide scientist information on how drugs effect protein-protein binding and determine drug binding pathways. The system can also be used for personalized medicine to determine the most effective drug combination for cells extracted from a particular patient.

Study protein interactions and dynamics with mitochondria like lipid bilayers. I use several microscopy techniques including: Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence(TIRF) and Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy(FCS).
