Project Management – Undertaking of Resource Planning (allocation/traveling/provisioning), Scope finalization and Kick-off Presentations with Clients. Tracking and follow-ups with respective departments for ensuring adherence to SoW committed and timely delivery. Weekly project status reports sharing with Management.Technical Delivery Management - Defining implementation Plan and Effort Estimation for assigned products and ensuring timely delivery with minimum deviation. Helping resources in getting trained for products and projects. Escalate tech issues, milestone risks, and project risks to management in a timely manner. Post-deployment audit and site clearance.Presales - Pre-project planning for potential deals. Preparing RFI/RFP responses, proposal review, Providing LoE / Sizing / Pre-requisites/ Technical Presentations.Product Development– Managing development of various products for enhancements, and feature development as per requirement.
