■ I recently launched a start up "Drone Sports & Music Cloud Inc." in Tokyo, with the tagline: "Drop the selfie stick. Elevate your sports and music with Aerographic Selfie!" At 69, I am fully committed to expanding the company globally and taking it public on NASDAQ by my 100th birthday!■ Before this, I spent 29 years at Mitsui & Co., a unique conglomerate blending trading, consulting, and investment, where Warren Buffett holds a 7.4% stake. I subsequently served as CFO and Director for Ono Sangyo KK (JASDAQ), and as an Independent Director for Fisher Tech (Singapore Mainboard). My leadership experience includes CEO roles with Iwaki in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, as well as Matsui Manufacturing in Shanghai, China. Additionally, I have served as a Senior Advisor in Tokyo to Nanofilm Technologies International (Singapore Mainboard), all leaders in the deep tech, materials, and manufacturing sectors.■ Currently, I devote a quarter of my time to "Project KIBO," an NPO providing "KANDO" experiences (a concept championed by former Sony CEO Kaz Hirai) to economically underprivileged children in Japan. Our mission is to inspire the next generation through these transformative KANDO experiences, aiming to reshape the future for Japan’s young stars, in a society often referred to as having lost its way during the "Lost 30 Years."I am also a Senior Advisor to Matsui Manufacturing, a provider of equipment and systems offering plastic-based solutions to address the future challenges facing our planet and society.
