ABOUT ME:I am a highly skilled and experienced Avionics professional with a strong background in Aircraft Maintenance, particularly focused on In-Flight Entertainment (IFE), Connectivity, and Cabin and Galley Systems.Over the course I have gained valuable practical experience, having worked for reputable organizations such as Qatar Airways, Capegemini Business Services India Ltd, Kingfisher Airlines, and Mesco Airlines. During my time at Qatar Airways, I served as an Aircraft Mechanic and Licensed Technician (B2-1), specializing in the maintenance of IFE systems from Panasonic, Thales, and Inmarsat Gx Connectivity. I have worked extensively on aircrafts such as Boeing 777-200/300, Boeing 787-900, Airbus 330, Airbus 350-900/1000. Additionally, I have experience with Bombardier CRJ700/900/1000 aircraft as an Avionics Author.In my roles, I have been responsible for a wide range of tasks, including technical maintenance, removal/installation, software loading, and troubleshooting of IFE systems such as THALES AVIONICS iSeries 3000/4000 & 5000, Top Series AVANT, Panasonic Ex2, ExK, Ex3, and Rockwell Collins Aerospace Tailwind 500/550 Satellite TV System. I have also coordinated and supervised support staff, conducted inventory checks, and performed technical writing using tools such as Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) and Isodraw.I take pride in my ability to troubleshoot and load software onto IFE and Connectivity computers, utilizing my expertise in Linux applications. Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience with a diverse range of aircraft, including Airbus A330-200, Airbus A321, A320, A319, M.I 172 , Canadiar Regional Jet-700/900/1000, Airbus 350-900/1000, Boeing 777-200/300, and Boeing 787-800/900.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, Manipal, India, as well as a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics) from J.R.N. Institute Of Aviation Technology, New Delhi. Additionally, I have completed various technical training programs covering topics such as human factors in aviation maintenance, electrostatic devices, general familiarization of aircrafts, IFE systems, SAT TV systems, basic computer troubleshooting, and basic AutoCAD skills.With my extensive practical experience, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence, I am ready to take on new challenges in the aviation industry.
