- Developed and maintain company-wide real-time HFT risk management platform, utilizing zeromq to facilitate low-latency data pipeline, and highly optimized c++ program for efficient huge data stream processing, and golang backend to serve the results to web clients.- Develop and maintain core software infrastructure for low latency trading, optimization made including refactor software architecture (reduce end to end latency), enhanced cryptographic performance (openssl), reduce memory consumption (up to 10x), improved simulation performance (up to 20%), etc. Leveraging modern c++ for compile time optimization in hotpaths for minimal tick to trade latency.- Utilize perf (linux) for general performance tweaking and identifying major bottlenecks, and custom event logs for detailed telemetry, and trading/statistical metrics to guide hotpath optimization.- Developed solana block-chain integration from scratch for low-latency c++ trading, reverse engineering rust and javascript code for network protocol, data structure, and trading related resources.- Spearhead the development of options trading infrastructure in the company, almost entirely developed from scratch. Components developed including volatility curve fitting, greeks calculation via BS model, smile delta, volatility trading strategy, market-maker strategy.

• Implement Software Defined Network (SDN) Software Stack for Network Function Virtualization (NFV) integration. Developed a lightweight cloud management system (CMS) to integrate with Open Virtual Network (OVN) NorthBound Interface, as well as a host-based agent to interface with Open vSwitch (OvS) using Open vSwitch Database Management Protocol.• Develop and integrate DPDK-based applications to accelerate network performance for inter VNF and VNF to Physical Network.• Implemented network interface (link layer, IP addressing, routing) management library and Multi-WAN dynamic route management daemon using netlink API (libmnl).• Implemented Network Address Translation (NAT) library in linux featuring Destination NAT (DNAT), 1:1 Dynamic NAT, and Network Address Port Translation (NAPT). Implemented using nftables, netfilter-conntrack, and sqlite.• Integrate and optimize high level network management software suite for next generation networking equipment with teammates.

• Implemented Industrial Protocol Gateway (Ethernet/IP to Modbus RTU) using Electron, tested with ifm DTE102.• Built realtime drain-wastage monitoring platform, a hybrid responsive web app with SBC (Raspberry Pi) for data collection.• Built hybrid mobile (Android) and responsive web apps for city-wide Demand Responsive Transit System based on Firebase™ Auth, Functions, Database, and Hosting using Bulma and Vue.js.• Developed and migrated legacy Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system to custom-built MRP with Code Igniter (PHP MVC framework) from scratch using Docker Compose.• Developed hybrid mobile (Android) and BLE embedded system for Electrooculography (EOG) signal monitoring system for research and training alpha brain waves using TI CC2540.• Developed hybrid mobile (Android) and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) embedded system for Let’s Dance, a realtime on-body tactile feedback gesture-dance game using multiple modified TI SensorTag with custom firmware and actuators.
