• Over 34 years of experience in the IT field of a non-life insurance company.• Experience in a range of areas, including operation and management of mainframe systems, network infrastructure, and application development, and possesses knowledge of the entire IT field in non-life insurance Industory.• Being seconded to a holding company in the Asian region in Singapore for 5 years, and participated in the integration project of the IT system of the affiliated local subsidiary.• Strong skills overseas IT governance and good understanding how to manage DX projects with overseas Start-ups.• Logical approach to problem solving, good analytical and quantitative skills.• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.• Strong communication skills, flexibility and creativity.• Good leadership and organizational skills in IT organization with a scale of 150 employees.• Staff education.
