October 2013 - PresentResponsibilities (Business Development Officer): 1.) Responsible in gaining accounts from marketing transactions by negotiation and agreements to install vending machines in the agreed area.2.) Responsible in implementing the strategies, sales plan and forecast for the machines installe in the areas.3.) In-charge of maintaining and developing sales of assigned account.4.) Meeting and discussion with the contact persons, Supervisors, Managers and owners regarding the performance of vending machines.5.) Meeting and discussion with the contact persons, Supervisors, Managers and owners regarding some complaints or any concerns by the accounts.6.) Regular visit to the accounts, to check machine location and oversee performance of the machine installed.7.) Deliver check payments to the accounts and oversee the performance of the machines.8.) Monitor electricity consumption of the machines installed in an account and make sure billing will be provided by the account before processing.9.) Monitor rebates for the machines installed.10.) Coordinate with Operations-In-Charge for every actions made and or any movements of the machines.11.) Submission of all reports on time.Responsibilities : (Route Operations Supervisor)12.) Organizing Route Schedule and visit to avoid product sold out per account.13.) Currently handling 10 Route personnel in Davao, 4 Route Personnel in Cagayan de Oro and 2 Route Personnel in Tagum City14.) Ensure the efficiency of the route personnel and engagement on their handled machines.15.) In charge of the processing and all necessary steps taken to ensure deliveries and pull-out in all retail outlets in regular visits.5.) Responsible in giving timely updates on targets, promos and new arrivals.6.) Regular visit to the stores and responsible for the proper merchandising of books in all stores to make it attractive, eye-catching and prominent to customers.7.) Provide special attention on the collection procedure per group of store and actual collection of sales.8.) Monitoring of inventory per store focusing on title and price management to determine the kind of market where store is located.9.) Responsible in screening, hiring, orientation and training of new promo merchandisers.Responsibilities: Special Book Fair (SBF) 1.) Responsible in hiring and training of temporary promo merchandisers and cashier.2.) In-Charge of the set-up, merchandising and display of books during bookfair events.3.) Processing and all the necessary arrangement for the delivery and pull out of books.4.) Responsible in the supervision of promo merchandisers during book fair event.5.) Monitoring of fast movement of titles during the bf event forimmediate replenishment.6.) Accountable for the daily deposit of sales and act as back-up cashier during week-end and peak days.7.) duties also include the constant follow-up with the leasing officer of malls to confirm space rental or school head for book fair in schools.8.) Coordination with Human Resource in head office in regards to the needs of the temporary promo merchandisers.9.) Submission of final sales report every after bookfair activity.
