I am a highly experienced international disputes lawyer with over 6 years’ experience at US international law firm, White & Case LLP. I have worked on a number of complex, multi-disciplinary, high value construction disputes under the ICC rules and ad hoc arbitration, working with clients in the Middle East. I have substantial experience in dealing with a variety of claims from contractors and advancing significant counterclaims for the employer. My experience extends to providing pre-dispute construction project advice, advising on strategy, managing large individual work streams, working extensively with witnesses and experts, working with barristers, liaising closely with the client and engineering team, and managing trainees and paralegals.
