I am an experienced bankruptcy and business lawyer who assists clients with insolvency and reorganization issues and with all kinds of lending transactions. Until 2016, I was one of the lead attorneys representing the Trustee supervising the Bernard L. Madoff Securities liquidation. I regularly represent debtors, committees, DIP lenders, secured and unsecured creditors and acquirers of assets in both out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy cases.
