With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a concentration in Aerospace Engineering, I have the knowledge and skills to ensure the quality and reliability of products and services for aerospace and defense applications. I am currently a Supplier Quality Engineer at Marotta Controls, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the aerospace and defense industry.In this role, I collaborate with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to perform audits, inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of various components and systems, such as valves, actuators, and control systems. I also implement corrective and preventive actions, monitor supplier performance, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. One of my recent achievements was improving processes to shorten turn around time for nonconforming hardware, reducing loss in revenue. I am passionate about improving the performance and safety of aerospace and defense systems, and enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment that fosters innovation and teamwork.
