I am a Graduate Student at RWTH Business School and a Research Intern at Helmholtz-Institut für Biomedizinische Technik an der RWTH Aachen, with over 5 years of experience in research and innovation management. I am passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive innovation and solve complex business problems.As a Graduate Student, I am pursuing a Master's of Science in Management and Engineering in Technology, Innovation, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, where I have gained a strong foundation in key areas such as finance, marketing, and operations. I have also participated in various projects and case studies, honing my problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. As a Research Intern, I am working on developing an active blood glucose control wearable, where I am assisting a doctoral researcher with optimizing parameter identification using Matlab (Simulink) and implementing loss function timing using Parkes Error Zones, adapting and setting the parameter of the Lavenberg-Marquardt algorithm. I have developed strong communication and collaboration skills, making me well-equipped to work in team environments.I have a background in both technical and business fields, giving me a unique perspective on how to manage the entire innovation process, from idea generation to implementation. I have experience in strategic technology management, agile project management, and building partnerships with external organizations to drive innovation. I am known for my honesty, integrity, and high ethical standards, which contribute to my effectiveness as a leader and help to build strong business relationships.
