As a Quantity Surveyor at Globe Building Contracting, I apply my BTech degree in Civil Engineering and my eight years of experience in the construction industry to deliver quality, accuracy, and timeliness in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, procurement, and billing. I work with the architect, structural, site engineer, and project management to ensure the best results for the client. I have developed strong skills in test estimation, reporting, and method statements, and have contributed to the successful completion of various residential and commercial projects. In my current role, I am responsible for preparing cost breakup for stage payment for sub contractors as RA BILL, getting quotations from multiple suppliers and contractors, getting actual joint measurements from site person and contractors, and processing the bills after verifying the escalation quantity. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of delivering high-quality work within budget and time constraints.
