- Preparing of reports (daily report, weekly report, and monthly report….etc).- Preparing of invoices for owner and subcontractors. - Controlling materials delivery and supervising its consumption rate.- Updating of construction schedule by using bar chart and primavera systems.- Reviewing of inspection requests and submittals for approval.- Coordinating between consultants and the various departments of construction.

- Preparing and checking for all site invoices.- Check for site contracts, bill of quantity (B.O.Q) and breakdown for all project contracts.- Computing quantity surveying for all site work Items.- Reviewing of inspection requests for approval between consultant & main cont. - Preparing and reviewing workshop drawings for approval.- Preparing and reviewing site submittal for approval.- Updating of construction schedule by using bar chart and primavera systems. - Collecting prices show and discuss it to select materials and subcontractors.- Supervising on civil & sanitary work on site and importing required materials.

-Working in site as site manager deputy position that responsible on finishing all work to consultant staff and perform required tests for inspection.-Preparing for all required reports to site such as (daily report for manpower and equipments – survey sheet -………………)-Performing all setting out and as built works which required for road works and backfilling work which need to work on(TOTAL STATAION-LEVEL) ,-Survey lifting for each layer of road and fixing road coordinates by total station-Finishing road works with all items such as (road painting &cat eyes) and handing over it.

- Preparing & check for site invoices and quantity survey.-Preparing and reviewing workshop drawings for all buildings models.-Selecting and reviewing all materials according to contract and specifications for approval for all civil activities.-Supervision for villa &challeh modifications in site .-Pricing for all modifications which made by customers and check this modifications on site up to finish to be received by customers.-Calculating the progress of buildings in the village and check which items finished to prepare Registration sheet ,shows the percentage of executed work items such as(excavation &backfilling& concrete&………………… etc.)-Handing over the units to customers in site and give it the received letter for its unit and register any notes about finishing and Supervising team work up to perform these notes and handing over again finally.
