My responsibilities include Overlooking and managing the entire Human Resources and Compliance Units. Preparing for Customer Audits and Making sure all relevant customer rules and regulations are met at all times to face even an un-announced audit.

At ColorZone, my responsibilities include Overlooking and managing the entire quality process and the Quality Controllers involved in carrying out their assigned day to day quality processes. Also making sure the company complies to all Customer Compliance requirements and obtaining relevant Approvals for same.

At NEXT Sourcing I worked as a development merchandiser for the Baby Girls Woven department, handling overall sample developments as well as costings which included negotiating on CMT’s and trim prices, prior to bulk processing.

My responsibilities at Panorama Screen largely involve analysing the current printing market trends and sourcing for potential suppliers.Additionally, I was also in charge of importing samples, analysing content, checking compliance to RSLs, and conducting tests.

At ColorZone, my responsibilities included overlooking Sublimation printing department and Rhinestone motif making & transferring department. I was responsible for the initial setting up and training of the staff by researching and undergoing related training by respective suppliers.My role also included handling overseas and local purchasing and procurements, importing samples, analysing content, checking compliance to RSLs, and conducting tests, sales and marketing, preparing costings, project proposals and coordinating within teams from initial artwork (obtaining, preparation of colours per customer requirement, etc.) to the final product, as well as coordinating the company’s special events and projects, training staff and external students (for institutions such as Academy of Design and University of Moratuwa), maintenance and roster of our company fleet and functioned as PA to the company’s Chairman/MD.
