• Coordinate with client FM where required.• Responsible for managing the operation of swimming pools facilities with in my area..• Inspect pools on a daily basis and monitor the performance of the maintenance team, the pools cleaners, the pools attendance stuff and the lifeguard at the pools in my area.• Coordinate activities of the lifeguard, the cleaning and the maintenance team necessary for maintenance of the pools including: preparing work schedule and assigning personnel to duty stations, observing the pools attendance, and adding of shifting stuff to ensure proper coverage.• Ensure the proper recording and reporting of faults/chemical level and incident. coordinate remedial action where required• Coordinating with the pools manager in all important issues• Submitting all required documents /reports to the pool manager.• Assist pools manager with written documents such as: monthly reports, incident and accident reports and stuff evaluations.
