I am a current Constituent Services Coordinator with the Office of the Mayor in Danbury, CT. I am a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, and I double majored in Political Science and Communication. I am following my passion in pursuing a career in politics, public work, American politics, and international relations. From December of 2022 until August of 2024, I worked as a Legislative Aide with the House Democratic Office in the Connecticut General Assembly. From August 2022 until November 2022, I worked as a Campaign Organizer for CT Governor Ned Lamont's re-election campaign. During the Summer of 2021, I interned at the Office of Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) at his Washington, D.C office. During the Summer of 2020, I interned at the Permanent Mission of Lebanon to the United Nations in New York City, NY. During the election period of 2020, I worked as an Election Assistant/Official with the City of Danbury at the City Hall. I interned at the Morganti Group Inc. during the summer of 2019. I worked as a Student Manager at the Union Street Market, located in the Student Union at the University of Connecticut. I lived in Jordan, Greece, and am currently in the US, and am bilingual in Arabic and English. I am interested in the geography, history, traveling, current events, and sports.
