• Identify and set up of panel GP network Klang Valley and nationwide.• To maintain Total quality management of the clinics and the associated staff and personal.• Set Up outpatient Management system ( OMS ) in respective panel GP clinic.• Provide training and refresher course for ( OMS ) in respective panel GO clinic as well as other required areas.• To do periodic visits to panel GP network and to customers on a stipulated time frame agreed by the management.• Attend to inquiries to panel GP network with regards to procedures and work flow.• Plan and conduct roadshow for clients.• Maintain and update corporate clients “employees” data in our OMS database• Main proper filing system for OMS and panel GP network• Maintain Proper documentation for OMS and panel GP Network.• Reconciliation of GP clinic statement of account.• Answer inquiries from GP network. • Marketing for smart terminal to all GP Clinic
