As a DePaul Athletics Ticket Office & Gameday Assistant, I contributed to the efficient management of ticketed sports events by assisting with on-site game day preparation and ticket operations. I provided administrative support to the Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Associate Athletic Director, managing schedules and correspondence. Additionally, I collaborated with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, successfully boosting ticket sales through targeted strategies. My role also involved delivering excellent customer service during game day events, which earned positive feedback from attendees and demonstrated my strong interpersonal skills.

As an Office Student Assistant, I provided comprehensive administrative support by assisting professors with clerical tasks, organizing departmental events, and managing the department's social media accounts to enhance its online presence. I also handled front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and answering phone calls to ensure a welcoming environment, and offered technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize disruptions. This role required strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, allowing me to work both independently and collaboratively.

As a 2024 Orientation Leader, I guided new students through their transition to university life by leading orientation sessions, facilitating group activities, and providing personalized support to help them navigate campus resources. I also collaborated with other leaders to create a welcoming environment, delivered presentations, and addressed student concerns, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
