- Handling collections and ensure all payments are allocated correctly.- Following up with the sales team on client`s deposits, requests and inquiries. (Ex. Tax invoices, SOAs).- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.- Handling all customer payments and applying payments to the invoices.- Uploading and maintaining accounts receivables files and records on Oracle (NetSuite).- Participating in the monthly/yearly closing activities and reporting.- Running the billing on NetSuite and making reconciliations to avoid wrong billing for terminated clients.- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries related to clients’ balances.- Assisting in general financial management and analysis by submitting advanced reports.
