My role extended to leadership on the rig floor, where I led the Rig Man group during operations. Collaborating closely with Toolpushers and Drilling Supervisors, I actively contributed to workover field operations and diligently managed the Rig's maintenance records. Additionally, I took responsibility for site housekeeping and gained proficiency in operating the driller console panel.Prior to this, I served as a Technical Assistant Engineer at RigTech Oil Field Training Center Pvt Ltd. in Sathyamanglam, where I played a vital role in imparting practical knowledge to trainees and ensuring the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
