I am a dedicated professional with extensive proven experience in the field of computer systems. I spend my time developing my networking skills and working towards industry certifications. I am experienced in LAN/WAN concepts, Cisco switches and routers, OSPF, SPT, VLANs, DNS, and DCHP. Background:I started my professional career in 2012 by enlisting as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy. My experiences configuring and troubleshooting avionics systems of MH-60R anti-submarine helicopters sparked my passion for the field of computer network systems. I spent the next 12 years continuing my military service, serving in multiple roles, including Lead Avionics Technician, Avionics Shop Supervisor, Quality Insurance Inspector, Avionics Repair Instructor, and Curriculum Development Manager.Since my medical retirement from the Navy in July 2023, I've begun pursuing a degree in computer networking from Florida State College at Jacksonville with an expected graduation date of May 2025. On the side, I work in the Veteran Advisor office of FSCJ's Military and Veteran Service Center where I coach active duty servicemembers/veterans on VA educational benefits
