1. Control the quality of concrete pipes during the production and before going out for delivery.2. Control and monitor the fresh concrete to be used for production.3. Keep the QC document up to date (supplier information, internal information)4. Conduct a test regarding the concrete mix design to established good quality of fresh concrete.5. Troubleshoot the problem of fresh concrete that not meet the specifications.6. Liase with the suppliers regarding the raw materials that not meet company’s requirement.7. Troubleshoot and analyze the fresh concrete problem for all G-Cast plant; total of 6 plants.8. Involve the internal audit for all plants before the ISO9001 audit with SIRIM.9. Control the quality of all raw materials from suppliers.
