-Review of awarded Contract and arrange Kick Off Meeting with Client.-Identify the risk involved in the project and implement the Risk Mitigation plan.-Carryout Strategy and Kick Off Meeting internally to brief Scope, Client expectation, Strengths and Constraints in project execution.-Responsible for Scope, Budget, Schedule, Quality and Safety of the project.-Project set up and preparation of Project Specific Procedures, Project Execution and Project Quality plans.-Coordinate with Planning department for basis of Project Schedule and carryout Interactive Planning Session with Client and all stake holders to fix Baseline of Project Schedule.-Coordinate with Client for approval, deviation, clarification and expediting purpose. Maintain cordial relationship with Client.-Monitor and coordinate with different Engineering disciplines to ensure issue of deliverables / documents as per schedule.-Preparation of Procurement, Inspection & Expediting plan for implementation.-Involved in all Pre-Order activities including issue of Enquiry, TQ resolution, TBA issuance and order indent issuance. -Coordinate with Procurement, Expediting & Inspection teams and follow up with Vendors for timely availability of Vendor Data and Material.-Monitor / expedite construction deliverables as per schedule and commensurate with the front availability by organizing meeting with construction manager and resolve any issues hampering Site Execution Plan.-Monitor and control progress with Engineering, Procurement and Construction team members to achieve scheduled project progress as per “S” curve.-Change and Cost Management during execution of project.-Carryout Variance and Risk analysis.-Ensure timely receipt of payment (stage wise) and follow up for the same with Client -Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports to Client. Generate and maintain MIS reports.-To carry out Project Closure with all the necessary documentation and control.
