o Design and implement complex network solutions that meet the organization's requirements for performance, reliability, and security.o Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.o Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to minimize downtime and impact on operations.

o Monitoring and analyzing network traffic.o Implementing security of the network devices and systems.o Configuring network devices (L3, L2 switches, Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi controller, 24 Online ) as per company requirementso Managing and monitoring logs of network devices.o Maintaining daily and monthly reports.

o Responsible for service delivery as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for support & monitoring the WAN Network of for Gujarat.o Administrating and designing LANs and WANs.o Communicating and negotiating with users, specialists, NOCs and ISPs.o Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, traceroute, telnet, SSH.o Installation, Configuring & Troubleshooting of CISCO Routers of 1700, 1800, 1900, 2600 Series.o Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of CISCO Switches of 2950 2960 and 3750 Series.o Giving support to Router, Switch & Leased line down calls via field or telephonic support to the customers.o Maintaining the daily and monthly basis reports.
