Presales Specialist
Current• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Workforce Go products, features, capabilities, and services.• Assisting with needs analysis and requirement gathering with customers• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations• Ensuring solutions presented are in line with client requirements and Workforce Go! solution standards.• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s and RFP’s• Working closing with sales teams to ensure the successful closure of the sales process by assisting with technical and solution questions from customers, partners, and prospects.• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.• Evangelize new features and functionality internally, working with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on customer needs and requirements.• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes• Attend trade shows, webinars, and other events on behalf of the company.• Provide input into the development of marketing collateral such as case studies, blog posts, and website content.
