Glenn Snyder is a senior partner and strategic leader at Deloitte with 35+ years of experience advising the C-suite and boards of directors for emerging growth as well as some of the world’s largest and most iconic companies in the medical technology, biopharma and healthcare sectors.Glenn is known for being a future-forward thinker and advisor, helping clients grow and scale through M&A and organic innovation, transform by leveraging technology, and improve effectiveness through governance and leadership. He brings fiduciary board experience, including overseeing the transformation of a $40m non-profit organization as Board Chair.Glenn will be retiring from Deloitte in May 2025 and is available for public and private company board service beginning December 2024.Glenn has a track record of strategic leadership in business growth and people development. In 2012 he founded Deloitte’s Global Medical Technology Practice, which he led and grew to over $500M (in US) in a ten-year period. He has also led Deloitte’s relationship with some of the firm’s most strategic clients, including a top-ten life sciences company, and is a member of Deloitte’s Executive Advisor program, where he advises CEOs and other senior executives in shaping their strategic agendas. As Deloitte’s Global Strategy Talent leader from 2016-2018, he synchronized roles and designed and delivered training programs for 2,000+ strategy practitioners to increase quality and consistency across Deloitte’s North America, Latin America, APAC, Japan, China, and India operations. This transformation enabled more global mobility and resulted in double-digit practice growth. Glenn also leads a pro-bono program for medtech entrepreneurs, with 30+ commercial strategy projects completed for seed-stage businesses.As a client and practice leader, Glenn has led client programs in digital product innovation, commercial growth, product cyber remediation, enterprise risk, health equity (product and data) and inclusion and diversity. He is most passionate about his work advising clients to build higher-value digital solutions, resulting in targeted acquisitions and partnerships, new organic capabilities, and refreshed go-to-market strategies in US, Europe, India, China and Japan.
