To support continuity of production & Dispatch by analyzing and initiating containment actions for all supplier quality concerns identified at various stages in the plant.Preparation of inspection reports/Policy sheets Initiating necessary documentation process as per the Quality system requirements and raise Quality Plan and 8D.Co-ordinate with the team leaders on the rejection reviews and take necessary actions.Follow up with suppliers to get the corrective & preventive actions implemented at their end.Plan and execute supplier Process/System audits and follow up the actions.Schedule monthly meetings with suppliers and management and take quality initiatives.Represent Quality in various in plant meetings (Production, VQM, Launch, QRR, Monthly Review)Establish and maintain supplier quality concerns tracking system which will help in effective follow up and tracking of concerns to closure and ensure maintenance of all quality records.Provide support for new product development, vendor approval and vendor development. To develop the child parts as per drawing with right quality at right timeProvide support, training to production and quality members for understanding and managing customer requirements.Preparation of PPAP at supplier-end as well as in production for newly developed parts.Provide real time feedback to base departments on supplier quality concerns.Handle calibration of inspection, measuring & testing equipments/Gauges in-house / outsourcing.Coordinate ISO 9001:2008 internal audits and management reviews for Quality section and implement corrective actions based on the audit findings.Responsible for understanding and maintaining the process data as per QMS requirements. Maintain the process documents..Responsible for adapting and implementing product quality and ensure optimum yield at every stage.Analysis of customer complaints, major internal rejections and initiating corrective/preventive actions.

Responsible for inprocess quality inspection as well as vendor development & maintaining 5S.
