• Accounting job work of transporters handling construction material and earth moving equipment’s which includes data entry in tally, invoice generation, outstanding statement generation, salary generation, filing of returns, etc.• Taxation advice and income tax returns filing for clients.• Management and providing support to all new loan processing, monitoring closing process and approval of loans.

• Responsible for procurement of material for Arups Group of Companies.• Maintaining all procurement documents.• Handling vendors and responsible for vendor payment and receipts.• Generation of sales and purchase reports on monthly, half yearly and yearly basis.• Coordinating, negotiating & contracting with vendors.• Key role in preparing budgets for the Procurement department related to capex procurement and fixed overhead expenses.• Reconciliation vendor statement, analysis of vendor performance and price variance.• Responsible for creating several effective purchasing policies that saved several departments a considerable amount of money.

• Day to day accounts work.• Verification of payments, receipts, bank reconciliation, etc.• Ledger scrutiny, major accounting entries related to booking & payment of expenses, salary & another a/c verification, E-TDS.
