I’m working in Kongsberg Software & Services Pvt Ltd as a Technical Lead and handling 7-12 people team here. My major responsibility to understand client business, work distribution, coordination, testing and providing regular update to client. I’m also involved in application development. Apart from regular responsibility, coordinating all TL weekly meetings and helping all TLs to short out the issues in their project. Also helping management body to define various policies in company. I have received many time top performer awards. * Most of the project started from scratch and delivered with 100% customer satisfaction. * Many time come across situation when I'm new to technology going to be used in project, still worked with client and delivered product on time. * Got exposure to work on Sales, Telecom, Content management domain based applications.* Great learning as far as development and handling international clients on/off premises. Worked on C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, WSS 3.0, SharePoint, Web services, XML, WCF, WF, WPF, VSTS for outlook programming.* Have used Data Driven, Test Driven Development design.* Applied many design patterns on various projects. * Resolved many weird issues for which no support available on internet. * Many time received customer delighted mail for extra mile support.
