An accidental Counselor at the time of inception into the abroad education industry and the love for my work has never dipped down. It has been over 8 yrs and have been able to climb up the ladder in terms of my performance. Currently, I stand among the top performers for my organization and with every new intake strive to improve. An effort towards continuous learning is one of the prominent elements that I have stuck to. I believe I have been able to sustain and grow in this cut-throat market due to sheer love towards what I do. Interacting with students, listening to their stories and backdrops and most of all providing solutions to them is the most satisfying part of the job. The desire to provide best education solutions to my students puts accross my intention and honesty which my students and their parents find overwhelming, which drives me even more to do my best.I find myself able to provide apt solutions due to the knowledge I have strived upon to improve with the constant changes that the institutions and processes go through. I might not be everytime equipped with the updated information but that doesnt hesitate me to reach out to my sources to update myself and reach back to the clients with the updated information. I started my career as an Assistant Manager - Canada Education and currently I am working as a Senior Manager now. My qualities and skills are recognised in the current organization and have been appreciated for my Communication, Negotiation skills. And also most of the times I am being allocated the responsibility for employee training. It has been a great journey and I look forward for new ventures in my career ahead.
