My main responsibility here was to convert this manual plant into an automatic plant.During my tenure, auto lamination machine, auto flute laminator, auto die cutting andauto folder gluer machines were installed here and their manpower was arranged.Technical training was given to the manpower and production was brought smoothly and handed over to the production team.
