CurrentManaging accounting operations right up to the financial statements as per the mandatory accounting standards, Foreign remittance under FEMA. Spearheading compliance with tax authority regulations and laws pertaining to direct and Indirect taxes like TDS, Service Tax, Profession Tax, VAT, Income Tax, Transfer pricing, Goods and Services Tax.Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annual reports ensuring analysis of the expenditure monthly to control expenses.Managing all the legal functions including coordination with advocate with all court matters and so on.Interacting with bank for day-to-day transaction and foreign currencies payments and liquidation of liabilities based on interaction with project director and ensuring correctness of entries in SAP/ Tally Software, also ensure monthly reconciliation statement is provided to the management. Interfacing with the internal auditors/statutory auditors/ pre-auditors and sort-out audit issues within stipulated time on continuous basis. Closely worked with CFO in acquisition of Minority Stake by Alliance Data PTE Limited in Direxions Global Solutions including valuation models, legal and due diligence exercise.
