Our aim is to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic and research services to the animal health community at an affordable price. We are one stop solution for all veterinary diagnostic and pharmaceutical research needs.

• Development of CRISPR/Cas9 mouse model for THSβ splice variant gene with the aim of investigating its role in development of autoimmune thyroiditis• Genotyping and establishment of mouse line for TSHβ spice variant • Development of autoimmune thyroiditis mouse model using endogenous recombinant antigen to study role of TSHβ variant gene• Identification of transcription factors responsible for triggering splicing of TSHβ gene for functional studies• Assess results and statistical analysis under the guidance of PI

• Genomic and proteomic profiling of neurotransmitter receptors and neuroinflammatory molecules within RVLM area of the brainstem• Investigated link between molecular substrates and their effect on visceral sympathetic outflow with aging and acute physical stress using F344 rats • Presented experimental findings at National and International conferences to discuss the research outcomes• Prepared manuscripts, statistical analysis and wrote grant proposals under guidance of PI

• Developed method to identify RVLM area of brain stem using cryosectioning and staining• Developed ELISA test for detection of Neurotrasmitter receptor genes• Genomic profiling of neurotransmitter receptors within RVLM

• Molecular, serological and epidemiological surveillance of major animal diseases under project ‘Biovillage’ sponsored by Govt. of India• Got a grant funding Rs. 2,50,000 from Biovet Pvt. Ltd as co-PI and successfully conducted field vaccine trials with serological testing of Johne’s Disease vaccine • Teaching undergraduates (BSc Agricultural Biotechnology and BSc Biotechnology) and MSc Microbiology (Immunology) classes• Mentored BSc Agricultural Biotechnology and MSc Biotechnology students for their research projects
