In my position, I led a team of 5+ skilled DevOps engineers responsible for overseeing the DevOps toolchain, best practices around it and non-production environments. As a significant achievement, I introduced an end-to-end development and deployment toolchain while implementing streamlined processes within the Wealth Management business unit. These enhancements resulted in a substantial reduction in development and deployment lead times.Additionally, I collaborated closely with Service Managers to ensure comprehensive oversight and support for risk management, audits, SLAs, service continuity, and the resolution of problem records.
