Co-founded the venture in July 2014 with a mission to provide cutting-edge solutions in the integration, middleware, cloud technology, and iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) domains.Collaborated with fellow co-founders to build a strong competency in middleware, cloud technologies, and iPaaS, specializing in TIBCO, MuleSoft, Red Hat Fuse, and cloud platforms, to meet the diverse needs of our clients in both integration and cloud environments.Assumed the role of Solutions Head, focusing on creating customized solutions for clients by working closely with the solutions and engineering teams. Led the development of innovative solutions, including cloud-based and iPaaS offerings, supported pre-sales efforts, and contributed technical expertise to the sales process. Actively engaged with clients to understand their challenges and demonstrated how our solutions around cloud, iPaaS could effectively address their needs.

Incubated and grew TIBCO Mumbai centre from 1 to 300+ headcount in 4 years. Established various TIBCO product competencies (TIBCO BW, BE, BPM, MDM) in the Mumbai Centre.Successfully led and delivered several large engagements for various customers in BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing and supply chain domain.
